Cancellation Policy

The satisfaction of our clients is of paramount importance to Shorty's Creations, and we enjoy maintaining the majority of the sites we design on a monthly basis. However, if for any reason our monthly maintenance services are no longer required, we would ask that you (our clients) provide us with a minimum of 30 (Thirty) days notice. This notice period is required to facilitate the cessation of your account in a smooth and orderly manner. *Shorty's Creations reserves the right to cease monthly maintenance services at any time.

Failure to comply with this requirement willl result in charges being added to your final account balance that are equal to a total of 2 (Two) monthly maintenance payments.

 

 

Annual Hosting Policy

Hosting policies will be automatically renewed on an annual basis unless clients notify Shorty's Creations of their desire to cancel their hosting account. Shorty's Creations must be notified of cancellation at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the existing hosting policy. Should you wish to be reminded of the specific date upon which a policy is due to expire, we will be more than happy to provide said infomation. If no notice of cancellation is received, payment for Annual Hosting is due the 11th (Eleventh) month of the current annual hosting period.

Failure to notify Shorty's Creations of a cancellation in the aforementioned timely manner will ensure that a client is responsible for the total balance of their annual hosting account.
